I wanted to thank you for your services (thermal inspection of my home) that you provided recently in January 2009. My home was built in 2000, and we moved into in 2007. Having such a young home, I assumed that the insulation would be great, but that was not the case. I noticed certain rooms were colder and one room had a cold spot on the floor. In January of 2009 we decided to get a thermal inspection done on our home. We did not know if there was such a thing, so I googled it and a commercial website that linked to you popped up. I entered my information and I was referred to 2 companies that performed such services (yours being one of them). I even called my propane provider and they referred me to another inspector.

I called all 3 inspectors and Energy Audit People was the first to respond. One company did not do what I was looking for and the third took way to long in getting back to me.

I was impressed with your timely response and was even more impressed when you shared a previous report via email. It was a great validation of what I was looking for with this inspection.

You were able to make an appointment in a timely fashion and when you arrived, you took your time and thoroughly inspected my home. You did not even mind that I tagged along as you took pictures. You accepted credit card as payment, which was a great convenience for me. You also fully disclosed your price to me before I signed up.

Once you completed the inspection you sent me a copy of the report via email within a few days. In today's age of internet and email, it was comforting to know that your company was utilizing these forms of communication without hesitation. To me that implied that your company was up-to-date.

On a final note I shared your report with a friend of mine in NJ and he said that I was lucky. My friend did a similar audit and the company he worked with never gave him a report. They simply took his money and ran.

You run your company very professionally and you made me feel comfortable going with you. Accepting Credit Cards, providing samples of your work, and working with today's technology (email and internet) sets you apart and made me feel secure in going with you.

Since the audit I have executed on some of the recommendations you have provided and I am waiting for the weather to warm up to implement the rest. I look forward in saving energy costs resulting from your inspection.
